Research overview

**Note - I am currently on maternity leave as of 1st June 2020**

I use planetary analogues and experimental research to develop the science and technology related to current and future robotic space missions within our Solar System. I am especially interested in volcanic geothermal systems and how volcanism (including cryovolcanism) both supports and preserves microbial life. I am part of the Panoramc Camera instrument team for the ESA ExoMars Rover, and also investigate how UV fluorescence imaging systems that can be used to detect mineral deposits and biosignatures.
