Karolina Kluczewska is a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Fellow and a PhD student at the School of International Relations, University of St Andrews. Currently she is completing her dissertation on development aid in Tajikistan, looking at interactions between international and local actors, and localisation and rejection of imported paradigms of aid.
