Research overview

My scholarly and teaching interests are chiefly at the intersection of International Relations, Theology, Philosophy, and History. So here at St Andrews I try and give as much reign to these diverse interests as possible. In addition to my position the School of IR, therefore, I am affiliated with the following Centre's/Institutues around the University:

-Member of the Centre for the STudy of Global Constitutionalism, hosted byt eh SChool of IR

- Member of the centre for  Religion and Politics hosted by the School of Divinity

- participate regularly in the programmes and events of the Centre for Ethics, Philosophy and Public Affairs. in the School of Philosophical, Anthropological and Film Studies

- Member of the Advisory Board of the Institute for Iranian Studies.

- Member of Theoria: St Andrews Critical Theory Group
